About the role
You'll own product on Hashorn engagements: pre-engagement scoping, the weekly Friday demo, the customer relationship, the inevitable mid-engagement scope debate. You'll sit between the customer's vision and our engineers' delivery, and you'll keep both sides honest.
What you'll do
- Lead pre-engagement scoping calls; write the one-page product brief that becomes the engagement.
- Run the weekly demo cadence: agenda, demo, decisions logged, next-week plan.
- Translate customer feedback into engineering decisions; translate engineering trade-offs into customer decisions.
- Own the customer relationship for the duration of the engagement; flag risk early.
- Coach early-stage founders on product decisions when needed; partner with senior PMs at customer companies.
What you bring
- 6+ years of product management, with at least 3 in B2B SaaS or developer-tool products.
- Track record of shipping at least three products end-to-end (not just features into existing ones).
- Comfort writing, briefs, decision logs, demo notes, post-mortems.
- Comfort with technical conversations: API design, data model trade-offs, performance budgets.
- Empathy for early-stage founders and the patience to coach without prescribing.
Nice to have
- Founder or founding-PM experience.
- Fintech, healthtech, or developer-tools domain depth.
- Public writing or speaking on product.
Compensation
Competitive global salary + profit-share. Annual review.
