    Technical pairing (90 min)

    Real problem, real code, on a screen-share. We'd rather pair than pop-quiz.

    Team conversations

    Two short chats with engineers and the founder. We talk craft, accountability, and how you handle disagreement.

    Offer

    Within a week of the final conversation. We tell you why we want to hire you and what we'll need from you in the first 90 days.
